The Studio

The Aagaard studio is the largest purpose-built female portraiture studio in East Anglia. The decor, facilities and shooting area have been specifically designed to provide our clients and visiting models with the very best experience and ultimately the very best images and products available.

Entering the dedicated reception and viewing room you immediately encounter our beautiful and welcoming boutique styled client and guest area. With comfortable seating and a large TV viewing screen, here you will be greeted and introduced to your photographer over a coffee or other beverage. Also on display are a large range of the highest quality photographic products, which are available to purchase after your shoot.

Off reception, toilet and washing facilities are provided in a well-equipped cloakroom providing all you would expect. From the cloakroom, there is direct lockable access to a dedicated dressing and make up room with plenty of space for all your outfits and accessories, plus hair and makeup artists if required.

The large L-shaped studio is accessible directly via lockable doors from either the changing/makeup room or directly from the reception. The studio can offer three separate room setups at a time and through giant moving walls can be very quickly reconfigured giving a great variety with nine permanent background options plus many more pop up and rolled backdrops. A variety of plush sofas, chairs and other props and accessories are available to be used in shoots including two double beds. Additionally, we also have a large wardrobe of outfits and hats.

Free on-site car parking is available at all times.

Aagaard Images is based at Aagaard studio which is in Norwich, conveniently just off the main ring road, ten minutes from Norwich Train and Bus Stations and 15 Minutes from Norwich International Airport.

Chris has been a professional photographer for over 12 years and has covered a variety of genres in that time including weddings, families, babies, proms, fashion and events but has always been sought after for his sensual, seductive and confidential style images of women of all ages, sizes and walks of life. In his career, his images have included politicians, actresses, internationally published models, members of the armed and emergency services plus the hardest job for all, young Mums.

Chris firmly believes in continuous personal development and as such has trained with some of the very best photographers of women in the business including mentoring from both multi-award-winning photographers and trainers Damian McGillicuddy and Mark Cleghorn.

Wing is a talented female photographer and makeup artist known for her exceptional skills in both fields. Her eye for detail and keen sense of aesthetics enable her to create stunning and meaningful images that highlight her clients' beauty and individuality. In addition to her impressive photography skills, Wing is also skilled in providing styling advice to her clients, helping them to look and feel their best in front of the camera.

Her innate ability to connect with her clients puts them at ease and makes them feel comfortable in front of the camera. This results in photos that are not only visually stunning but also authentically capture her clients' personalities.

Wing's expertise in makeup artistry complements her photography skills, allowing her to create looks that enhance her clients' natural beauty and complement the overall style and mood of the shoot.

Hair & Makeup Artists

We have a dedicated in-house hair & makeup artist available for your convenience. You can schedule a session to match your photoshoot. Alternatively, feel free to come in with your hair and makeup already done. We want you to feel comfortable and confident.
